CHICKEN IN THE WINE ( NO WINE ) - MY FAMILY FAVOURITE

INGREDIENTS AND METHOD ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ”

Curry powder salt n pepper 

Fresh cream
 

            * Fry 2 chopped onions in a pan
* Add Tbsp curry powder and Tbsp tomato paste
* Add punnet mushrooms and simmer on low heat for 2 min
*Add 400g mayonnaise and keep on low heat 
Add 250 ml fresh cream
Stir in the apricot jam - to your taste - to calm the mayo flavour 
( Like this dish either tangy or sweet to your taste)
Let all these ingredients simmer a little more
Now add the shredded roasted chicken ( store bought makes life easier )
* serve with either basmati rice or as a filling in pancakes *
